तिमी हिँडेपछि यो सहर बिरामी भा’छ अचेल
समुन्द्र झैं शान्त मनमा सुनामी आ’छ अचेल
खुसी सुख सबै गए, केही छैन मेरो वशमा
तिम्रै लागि धड्कन पनि लिलामीमा छ अचेल
समयको अन्तरालमा आशा स्वयम किनार लाग्यो
धैर्य गर्ने शक्ति छैन ममा, मन नै हरामी भा’छ अचेल
जे जे भनोस दुनियाँले मलाई के सरोकार भो
चोखो प्रेमको चोक चोकमा बद्नामी भा’छ अचेल
आऊ छिटो म बिलाएँ भने, खुसी खोज्दै हिँड्नुपर्ला
नभनोस् तिमीलाई समयले भोलि ‘मलामी’ गा’छ अचेल
